Formal consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements between you (or your organization) and CueX. These Terms do not create a consulting relationship. Any engagement terms, deliverables, fees, and timelines will be defined in a separate statement of work or consulting agreement.
While we strive to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any consulting engagement. Behavioral interventions depend on many factors outside our control, including organizational context, implementation fidelity, and user populations.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software, is the property of CueX or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration.
Any arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or remotely at the mutual agreement of the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
